What you eat.
What you lift.

Set a goal and watch it get closer. Get stronger week on week. One app for food and training that keeps score honestly.

1

Set a goal you can actually reach

Pick a goal weight and a pace, and Rackfuel shows the finish line move as you choose: lose faster, arrive sooner, but it warns you when a pace is too aggressive to hold, and it refuses targets below a safe floor outright.

  • A goal weight, a pace, and an honest arrival estimate
  • Progress lives at the top of its own tab: how far you have come, how far is left
  • Unsafe targets are refused, not just discouraged

Get stronger, and see it

Log sets with last session's numbers beside every one, and your personal bests sit on Progress where you can watch them climb. Getting stronger stops being a feeling and becomes a number with your name on it.

  • Last time's weight and reps beside every set
  • Personal bests per lift, ranked by estimated one-rep max
  • A rest timer in the Dynamic Island
  • Over 800 exercises, plus any you create

Stay on it

Every day you log anything, the streak grows and the day's ring closes. Earn a badge and the app stops to hand it to you. A missed day is absence, not failure, and nothing ever rewards eating less.

  • A streak you can see from the home screen
  • Day rings: green when the day went to plan, gold when it went a little over, red only when it went far
  • Twenty-six badges, each earned by showing up

Trust the number you are chasing

Most apps guess your calorie target once and never check it. Rackfuel compares what you log with how your weight actually moves, and within a couple of weeks your target comes from your own body, not a formula. When your logging is too patchy to trust, it says so.

  • Your measured burn, not a textbook estimate
  • Every number shows its working
  • Log food by barcode, label, photo, search or typing it in

Milestones

The trophy room

Consistency, strength, training and progress, each with its own badges. Locked ones show what is coming, and the weight milestones only count for people with weight to lose.

The honest comparison

One app instead of two

Cal AI scans food well but does not log training. Strong logs training well but never asks what you ate. Rackfuel does both, and connects them, which is the only way a calorie target can learn from your training.

FAQ

Fair questions

When can I download it?

Rackfuel is in the final stretch of development and heading to the App Store soon. This page will carry the download link the day it is live.

Which devices does it support?

iPhone, running iOS 17 or later. An Apple Watch companion is planned after launch. There are no plans for Android.

Do I need an account?

No. Your data lives on your device and the app works fully offline apart from photo meal estimates, which need a connection.

How accurate is the photo scanning?

It is an estimate, and Rackfuel is honest about that. Every photo estimate is labelled with its confidence, you can correct it in one tap, and a barcode or label scan is always more accurate when you have the packet.

What happens to my meal photos?

They are sent securely for estimation, processed, and discarded. They are not stored, not used to train models, and never linked to your identity.

Why is the burn engine a paid feature?

The engine is what turns logging into answers, and its photo pipeline costs real money to run. The free tier is genuinely useful forever; Pro pays for the parts that cost us per use, at a price that undercuts the apps that do half of this.

Is this suitable for everyone?

Rackfuel is a tracking tool, not medical advice, and it is built to be on your side. It refuses calorie targets below a safe floor and will not aim at an underweight goal. A day slightly over target shows in gold, not red; red is kept for genuinely far over. The streak forgives one missed day a week, because life happens. The quotes never guilt, reminders cap at one per day at a time you chose, and a photo estimate is never written to Apple Health until you confirm it. If you have a history of disordered eating, please speak to a professional before using any calorie tracker.
